Tactical Builders Group was founded around a simple advantage: complementary construction backgrounds working together as one team. Our leadership combines structural and exterior construction expertise with General Contracting, interior construction, and project coordination experience.
Ryan McMillan
Co-Founder / Director
Ryan brings decades of hands-on construction experience to Tactical Builders Group, with a background in structural construction, concrete forming, wood framing, building exteriors, and project execution. His practical understanding of how buildings come together gives him a strong perspective across the construction process, from excavation and foundations through framing, exterior construction, and hardscape. At Tactical Builders Group, Ryan leads structural and exterior construction while helping oversee project coordination.
Steve Oh
Co-Founder / Director
Steve brings extensive General Contracting and construction experience, with particular strength in interior construction, finishing, and overall project coordination. His experience gives him a strong understanding of sequencing, trade coordination, quality control, and the attention to detail required to move a project efficiently toward completion. Calm, methodical, and solutions-focused, Steve works closely with clients, trades, and project partners to maintain quality and continuity throughout the build.
